New radio version launched
Monday, August 18th, 2008We’re happy to announce that the new Stripe Radio has been released for all listeners. It addresses a number of bugs and provides some additional functionality.
As you can see below, the look and feel has been enhanced:
You will get an “On Air” light, and a buffer level indication graphic, in the bottom right of the window. The minimise/maximise button in the top right provides a way to have a smaller player, using less screen real estate.
…we hope you enjoy the great sound of Stripe!
Radio bugs
Sunday, July 13th, 2008A few of our listeners have reported some minor issues with the Stripe Radio: they noticed that sometimes a double-click of a station name is needed to start it playing, or that sometimes the “Now Playing” information doesn’t display.
Rest assured that we’re aware of these inconsistencies: and that a new, redesigned, player is coming soon. The new player irons out a few wrinkles, and gives a much stronger visual identity to the radio experience.

…mine’s Absolute 80s.
